Zutaten:
- 100 g dünne Bohnen, geschnitten und blanchiert
- 100 g Bohnensprossen, blanchiert
- 100 g Spinat, blanchiert
- ¼ eines kleinen Kohlkopfes, geschnitten und blanchiert
- 1 mittelgroße Karotte in dünnen Scheiben, blanchiert
- 1 Tofu, geschnitten in kleine stücke
- 2 Eier, gekocht, schneiden.
- 2 EL gebratene Schalotten
Erdnuss-Soße
• 500 g frittierte Erdnüsse
• 4 Zehen Knoblauch, geschält
• 10 kleine Chilischoten, geschnitten
• 3 Stücke (8 cm groß) Kencur, geschält und gehackt
• 3 Kaffir Limettenblätter
• 125 ml süße Sojasoße
• 2 TL Salz
• 1,5 l Wasser
• 3 EL gebratene Schalotten
• 1 EL Limettensaft
Zubereitung:
Für die Erdnusssoße hacken die ersten vier Zutaten grob. Geben alle Zutaten, außer den gebratenen Schalotten und dem Limettensaft in eine Bratpfanne. Wasser beifügen. Bei geringer Hitze 1 Stunde lang köcheln. Häufig umrühren, damit es nicht eindickt. Schalotten und Limettensaft vor dem Servieren dazugeben. Dekorieren das Gemüse auf einem seichten Teller und gießen die Erdnusssoße darüber. Mit dem Tofu und Eier verzieren, Schalotten darüberstreuen.

We used 1&1 as internet provider. As far is okay, but during 2 weeks the connection to internet was so bad! even i have difficulties to posting article to wordpress. If there is succesfull, it took long time to do!
We try to contact to the office of them but the answer was very standard, “Imagine you drive on the street and there is full of car around you. we just try to assist you to your destination but the network was so full.. and so on, and so on..”
I hope 1&1 Could find a god solution for this problem, and could find a “big fast modern truck” to assist us to our destination on net! or customer of them will try to search another “Great truck” to assist them.
Update: Since a week my internet connection was good again, i think 1&1 team have work hard to manage it. so beside is my new Testsieger for 1&1:
